LARS ULRICH'S WIFE

Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich is married to a real heavy metal fan, a true head banger. She bangs her head so much she has developed a neck like a tree trunk, and big wide shoulders too.

Back in the old days Jessica Miller had a different look, but was still very feminine. Not...

Miller, 41, who was previously in a relationship with SYSTEM OF A DOWN guitarist Daron Malakian, was a professional model, and has appeared on the cover of various editions of Vogue magazine.

She has also been a model for Gap, H&M and Chanel, among others. (Fashion magazines all pretty much only feature trannies on the covers, especially Vogue who like to make this very obvious)

Heavy Metal has always been the music of real men!

NORMIES ARE RETARDED

Remember back during the height of the covidhoax in 2021, how so few normies made the obvious connection between being injected with toxins and dropping dead?

Now four years on they are mostly not making the obvious connection between rising cancer rates and having been injected with toxins.

This English study from 2023 certainly makes things very clear - as expected, the more lethal toxins you are injected with, the more likely it is that you will get cancer. Sort of like 1+1=2 but more dangerous...

A CIA MOVIE

I've been watching mostly old movies lately because let's face it, modern movies are utter rubbish.

"Three Days of the Condor" is a 1975 American spy thriller film directed by Sydney Pollack and starring Robert Redford, along with Faye Dunaway. It was based on the 1974 novel Six Days of the Condor by James Grady.

With the benefit of half a century of hindsight, this movie is quite revealing. It features a secret deep state division of the CIA, who think nothing of killing anyone who poses a threat to their plans. The movie is set in New York, and these CIA operatives work from an office in the Twin Towers.

They use computers and phone systems to monitor people, and have little fear of being exposed, because they control mainstream media outlets like The New York Times.

Unlike modern movies it's engrossing and entertaining!

TOMATO SUGAR SAUCE

Most commercial foods contain sugar, but people tend to assume it's only a small amount. Often it isn't!

And besides, sugar is a dangerous toxin and should be completely avoided anyway.

That's without even getting into the tomato rabbit hole - they are a nightshade and like all nightshades they can cause a wide range of health problems, such as muscle pain and tightness, morning stiffness, poor healing, arthritis, insomnia and gall bladder problems.

Nightshades are members of an enormous family of plants called Solanaceae, represent a huge family of plants. The ones that concern us in the Western diet mainly include tomatoes, potatoes (not sweet potatoes or yams), eggplant and peppers—this means all peppers including chili peppers, habenero, cayenne pepper and paprika (not peppercorns). Paprika is a sneaky one, showing up in lots of flavoring mixes and often under “spices” on ingredient labels. Other nightshades include goji berries, ashwagandha (an adaptogenic herb from Ayurvedic medicine), Cape gooseberries (not normal gooseberries), ground cherries and garden huckleberries (not blueberries).
