1/3 OF A MILLION!

Back on February 16 2026 I did a post spouting off about how awesome my SIFT blog was because it had just gotten up over 1/4 of a million hits.

Today 95 days later it has just passed 1/3 of a million hits!

So that is 333,333 - 250,000 = 83,333 days, divided by 95

Which comes to an average of 877 hits per day, or over 26k a month - probably nothing to write home about in this age of AI influencers, but still gradually ticking over, considering I've been busy with other things and have barely done any new blog posts for at least half of that time.

Just in case anyone is struggling to comprehend what 1/3 of a million actually is, there is a website specifically set up to assist with advanced mathematical problems like that.

It is called Fraction Calculator and it's filled with some real wisdom:

A DECENT BROWSER

The internet is littered from end to end with articles that have titles like "The 10 best privacy browsers of 2026" but then they go on to list 10 browsers that usually include only one good choice (Brave) along with nine complete lemons ranging from relatively poor privacy options like Safari or Opera, down to full on blatant spyware like Chrome or Edge.

This clueless list from Nord VPN is a fairly typical except that it includes 13 browsers. Note that it doesn't include Floorp or Mullvad, and it's supposed to be a privacy ranking. Google's controlled puppet browser Firefox is rated as #1? - Yeah right...

Nord VPN really blew their cred posting that bunch of crap!

I'm not a geek and I'm not being paid to promote anything. I'm looking for simple and effective solutions for myself and my friends. So what do I recommend?

Keep in mind that I use Linux myself, and have no idea what works best on Windows these days. But if you are using any post Win 7 version of Windows (especially Win 11) you don't actually have any privacy, so your browser is the least of your problems. Same with Apple and even more so with Google.

As well as sticking to using Linux I recommend these three browsers:

BRAVE

FLOORP

 WATERFOX

After trying out the Mullvad browser for a couple of weeks I became frustrated with it's slow loading speeds and intermittent bugs, so I decided to use Waterfox for my #3 browser.

Waterfox is another Firefox fork. It's probably not as private as Floorp or Mullvad, but it works pretty well. It's very similar to regular old Firefox, but doesn't have all the Google's pet puppet browser privacy concerns.

On Firefox browsers I think this theme looks quite stylish:  Blue Firefox Theme by Sinine (it looks like the Aston Martin turquoise colour)

Why on earth do I need to use three browsers? My default browser is Brave, which is a chromium fork. Most of the time that works fine and it's the best browser for practical everyday use that I've found.

But some sites just don't work properly on Chromium, I don't know why, and nobody seems to talk about this, but some sites work far better running on Firefox forks. So I switch back and forth between Floorp and Brave, using Floorp for sites that work better on a Firefox based browser.

I don't use Floorp as my default because there are actually more sites that don't work properly on Firefox browsers, and most of the time I want a Chromium browser as my default. So Floorp is my #2.

I actually prefer many aspects of Firefox browsers, especially their menu system, but unfortunately Firefox have sold out to Google and these days they are just a bunch of woketard puppets who can't be trusted an inch. But some of the Firefox forks are much better.

And finally my #3 browser. I know this sounds obsessive, but I have multiple accounts on some platforms, and for some of those I need a third browser to stay logged in on the third account.

The other thing is that I'm running the Stay Focused app with certain sites (mainly YouTube & Facebook) restricted to a combined total of 15 mins a day. And on Floorp I'm doing the same thing using an app called LeechBlock.

This works well and curtails my last two social media weaknesses, but it means that if I actually really do want to watch a YouTube video, I need a browser that I can watch it on without it shutting down after 15 mins.

CONSPIRACY THEORIES

Back in 1992 (Yes, 33 years ago!), I had a long conversation with a guy who seemed to have a lot of strange and paranoid views about all sorts of stuff. Most of what he was saying was new to me, but for some reason I found it all fascinating.

We had started off discussing performance enhancing drugs in cycling (PEDS), and then got onto a whole range of other topics. At that stage I had never even heard the term "conspiracy theorist" and it was more than a decade before I realised that discussion had sewn seeds in my mind that later took me down the same path.

How he knew so much back in 1992, in a largely pre-internet world, is beyond me. I was familiar with PEDS because I'd seen them first hand in cycling, and also because I'd read a lot about the history of the Tour de France, which is littered with thinly disguised references to drug use.

Some great undisguised quotes came from five times tour winner Jacques Anquetil (1957,61,62,63,& 64) who actually said all of the following:

"You can't ride the Tour de France on mineral water"

"You'd have to be an imbecile or hypocrite to imagine that a professional cyclist who rides 235 days a year can hold himself together without stimulants"

"For 50 years bike racers have been taking stimulants. Obviously we can do without them in a race, but then we will pedal 15 miles an hour (instead of 25). Since we are constantly asked to go faster and to make even greater efforts, we are obliged to take stimulants"

"Leave me in peace, everybody takes dope"

Beyond that, the only "conspiracy" topic I knew much about was the dangers of "vaccines", mainly from having read a couple of books exposing what was really going on with those.

Here is a list of 37 books warning about the death jabs ("vaccines") published between 1889 and 1991.

I did go on to read some more books about other "conspiracies", but it wasn't until I got an internet connection in 1998 that I really started looking into things myself and doing a bunch of research.

In those relatively early days the internet was filled with good information, in a way that the controlled internet of 2025 is not. The key thing being that it was actually quite easy to find a lot of the information that is now so carefully buried in utter crap.

I started out pretty keen to share the information ("conspiracies") that I learned about, but over the years I learned just how many people not only don't want to question what they have been programed to believe, but also how angry they get about anyone discussing it.

So I have tended to share more stuff online than in person, but even so, during the giant covidhoax, as society completely split in two, I became increasingly antisocial, (and I wasn't very social to begin with). The sad truth is, I became quite repulsed by "normies" and wanted nothing more to do with them.

Over the past quarter of a century I've very seldom encountered anyone who I would consider "more of a conspiracy theorist" than myself. I'm used to people only going so far, and then drawing their line in the sand. For example they typically might be fully onboard with "covid is a giant scam", but they get a bit edgy with "lots of celebs are trannies".

Being a "conspiracy theorist" has at least two major drawbacks:

1. To a certain extent it limits your social circle to only about 20% of the population. In general society you have to button your lip, saying nothing that disagrees with the brainwashed normie's moronic delusions. Or you constantly create anger and enemies. So for an introvert like me it's easier to just avoid all social interaction.

2. The other less widely discussed one is that it can leave you in a negative and defeated mindset. Once you have repeatedly seen that the majority of the population are mind controlled sheeple, who will follow the herd every time, and seemingly never learn anything, it gets really hard to have a positive outlook. Which is unhealthy and dysfunctional.

In an attempt to reduce that, I have been drawing my own lines in the sand...

Last night I listened to a guy who has been down most of the same rabbit holes I have, talking about a bunch of them, and was surprised to realise that I've been deliberately drawing lines in the sand for some subjects myself. Sort of like a normie!

I don't disagree with most of what he said, because I know there is a strong basis to support it all, and he had clearly done the research. But if I constantly hold all those beliefs as certainties, it is going to mess my headspace up even more than I already have done.

One of my coping mechanisms is to say "yes I do think evil globalist powers are attempting to take over the entire world, with a specific plan to kill most of us and enslave the remainder" while at the same time saying "their plans (including Agenda 2030) are deeply flawed, and while they are very cunning, they are also deeply degenerate, and that will lead to their own downfall".

Much as I wish I had some sort of practical plan to defeat evil and create a better world, the truth is we are all at our own levels in this giant game, and while I have a pretty good track record with all this conspiracy stuff, if I don't hold some degree of positivity in mind, I'm not strong enough to deal with it all.

Yes, I think we are in deep shit and we have less than five years to turn this globalist plan around. And no, I don't think most normies are ever going to learn or resist anything.

But at the same time I can see that in order to defeat them it is essential that we first hold in mind that defeating them is actually possible. It's a difficult balancing act, but we can do it.

Why are we being constantly spoon fed "end is nigh" programing, not just from the mainstream media, but possibly even more so by the so called "alternative" media?

My feeling at this point is that personally I've been out of balance, too focused on how bad things are getting, and not seeing enough possibilities. So my best plan today is switch to a more positive focus. Writing this blog post is my first step.

COFFEE IS A POISON

More than 20 years ago, I drank a cup of coffee. My excuse was I had a long drive ahead and wanted to be alert. Unfortunately I ended up feeling sick for the whole drive, and couldn’t sleep that night. Or the next night…

Despite being surrounded by coffee shops I’ve avoided it ever since. I actually quite like the smell but it’s clearly a toxic drug, and feeling like I wanted to hurl for two days really sucked. This article helps explain what it’s actually doing.

Caffeine is a pesticide

1. Caffeine is an alkaloid that the coffee plant uses to kill bugs, which eat its seeds.

The coffee plant also uses caffeine in the coffee pods to kill surrounding plants, so the coffee plant can attain more sunlight and grow larger. Caffeine is a pesticide, which causes genetic termination in living cells that come into contact with it.

2. MRI images taken before and after 1 cup of coffee showed a decrease in blood flow to the brain by 45%. When the blood flow reduction was measured exactly, it was actually 52% less blood flow to the brain, after just one small cup of coffee. http://abcn.ws/2ipmLj7

3. Brain imaging studies of chronic coffee drinkers showed they presented the same degradation of their brains as chronic alcoholics, cigarette smokers, Parkinson’s patients and marijuana users. http://dailym.ai/1qjSqi0

4. Coffee can cause an urge to move one’s bowels because this is one way the body tries to eliminate poison from the system. The sudden urge to take a big dump after drinking coffee is one of the body’s defense mechanisms to poison.

5. Coffee increases energy via the human fight or flight metabolic response, because the body is afraid of the caffeine based poison. Coffee doesn’t give energy, it removes it from the body.

The energy a person feels when they drink coffee is the body going into overdrive because caffeine is a poison and all poisons activate an energy release in the body. (fight or flight)

Coffee removes energy from the system, leaving the person progressively more and more exhausted each day that passes, therefore setting up the world’s most dangerous energy stimulation addiction… coffee dependence for energy.

6. When the fight or flight response is triggered in the body, the lower IQ centers of the brain are activated as well as hormonal systems in control of aggression, violence, irrational and illogical decision making, jealousy, rage, anger, fear and paranoia.

Coffee generates lower end mental functioning with a side of every negative emotional response the body can generate.

7. When measured, one coffee activated the fight and flight response for three consecutive weeks, even though no other caffeine was consumed after that one cup of coffee. One cup of coffee poisons the body for three consecutive weeks, on a decreasing scale.

8. When coffee (caffeine) is consumed, the limbic part of the brain is hyper activated and the higher learning centers of the mind inhibited. The limbic part of the brain is only concerned with sex, reproduction, protection of territory, food acquisition and personal safety.

The limbic portion of the brain is the most primitive and least developed portion of the mind complex. When you want to out smart or dominate another person, it’s best that their limbic system is activated, because it brings them to a mental state equal to that of a child.

9. The birth control pill inhibits clearing of ingested caffeine. This effect is increased dramatically by alcohol or pain killer use, therefore causing many cases of caffeine poisoning, which get treated as other things once the person reaches the hospital.

10. Coffee is proven to cause an enlarged prostate, high anxiety, insomnia, depression, birth defects, pain syndromes, unnatural breathing patterns, brain damage, hyperactivity, learning disorders (from the brain damage) behavior disorders, fatigue, certain types of cancer, Crohns, IBS, colitis, carpel tunnel, ulcers, low iron, heart disease, headaches, PMS, increased incidence of muscle and tendon injury, joint pain, heart attack, stroke,TIA’s (mini strokes)… and that’s a short list.

11. Coffee causes fat gain and cellulite because by triggering the body’s flight or fight system (which any poison or threat does). This eventually changes the body’s primary fuel source requirement to one of fat.

When the body is threatened, it prefers fat as its primary fuel source, over sugar or protein.

Constant activation of the body’s fight or flight system (via the daily ingestion of caffeine poison) aids in a metabolic shift to fat storage and fat conservation, because again the body prefers fat as a fuel source when fighting any toxic intruder… because fat contains 9 calories per gram for the fight, as opposed to 4 calories per gram housed by sugar and protein.

Welcome to the land of caffeine)induced fat gain, weight gain and cellulite. Coffee also destroys muscle, as the body purposely flushes muscle, when it’s poisoned, to facilitate additional fat storage.

12. Caffeine blocks iron absorption, causing the vast majority of anemia today.

The entire threat of caffeine in general includes caffeine teas, chocolates, caffeine based energy drinks, caffeine based pre work out drinks and over 2000 over the counter and prescription medications that PURPOSELY include caffeine.

13. An investigation conducted by the author of the most extensive book on coffee ever written, reviewed almost every scientific research piece regarding coffee and his conclusion was that there’s absolutely no scientific evidence what so ever that coffee provides any health benefits to the human body, on any level, in anyway.

He openly declares that any positive promotion of coffee consumption is a blatant lie, doing grave harm to our entire society. The publication of any positive effects of coffee are false and all can be traced back to a very powerful, covert and secret “coffee lobby”, which has both commercial and ruling family origins.

The author reviews the research in the book at this link. How many coffee shops have opened near you in the last 20 years?

So why the lying about coffee? Think of government and how governing a brain damaged population is easier than governing a healthy population. Start there and keep connecting the dots. Coffee is only one brain damaging weapon used against an uninformed slave class.

The 10 most popular brain damaging weapons used against the slave class are listed below.

Although personally I would add in social media misinformation and mind control at #2, shift coffee down a few rows, and remove cigarettes which are no longer very popular in New Zealand these days.

1) vaccines
2) coffee and caffeine products
3) alcohol
4) medical drugs
5) sugar
6) fluoride
7) cigarettes
8) processed junk foods and genetically modified foods
9) EMF radiation from wireless devices and
10) chemtrails.

If you’ve ever posed the question, “why are people so stunned, as to not figure any of this out?”… you’re missing the point that the brain damage of the slave class is the primary agenda of the ruling 1%.

Coffee and vaccines are the elite’s 1-2 punch within “operation brain damage” down here on the human farm. The best slave is a brain damaged slave, unable to think or care for themselves without the help from slave master.

A helpless population guarantees a need for government. This is why the ruling families do everything in their power to create a helpless population, day in and day out. Governments exist because they perpetually create the conditions for their own existence.

Ancient ruling families, who masquerade as modern altruistic governments, are not there to help the people progress, evolve or become more. You live on a chemically controlled slave based control grid.

Coffee is just another massive lie inside the human control operation. Want to shut the human farm down? Want to really become more than the stereotypical diseased, overweight, dis-empowered, depressed, and dysfunctional human mess? Reject the poisons!
