"Three Days of the Condor" is a 1975 American spy thriller film directed by Sydney Pollack and starring Robert Redford, along with Faye Dunaway. It was based on the 1974 novel Six Days of the Condor by James Grady.
With the benefit of half a century of hindsight, this movie is quite revealing. It features a secret deep state division of the CIA, who think nothing of killing anyone who poses a threat to their plans. The movie is set in New York, and these CIA operatives work from an office in the Twin Towers.
They use computers and phone systems to monitor people, and have little fear of being exposed, because they control mainstream media outlets like The New York Times.
Unlike modern movies it's engrossing and entertaining!
