A HELPFUL ACRONYM
This post is primarily a reminder to myself, but I hope other people might find it helpful.
To avoid being swamped by a vast flow of negative inputs, I'm doing my best to keep in mind this fairly simple acronym.
PINE
Positive - Inspirational - Necessary - Entertaining
If anything isn't one or more of these four things, I need to ask myself why am I posting it, or thinking about it, or talking about it?
The more I focus on things that are at least one of those things, the better my life works.
PINE is much better than NUDE
Negative - Uninspiring - Disempowering - Eunuch 💩
